Circuit Breakers Test
See Figure 4-78.

WARNING
NOTE
This procedure applies to the following circuit breakers:
• 12A circuit breaker
• 30A circuit breaker
• 50A circuit breaker
1. Park the mower safely. (See “Park Mower Safely” on
page 1-6.)
2. Remove circuit breaker. (See “Circuit Breakers” on
page 4-147.)

NOTE
Be sure circuit breaker is reset prior to testing.
3. Set the meter to read ohms.
4. Touch meter leads to each other and confirm a
resistance value of 0.0 ohms.
5. Measure the resistance between terminals (1 and 2).
Is the resistance value 0.02 ohms or less?
YES Circuit breaker is good.
NO Circuit breaker is faulty; replace circuit
breaker.
150A and 300A Fuses Test
See Figure 4-79.

WARNING
1. Park the mower safely. (See “Park Mower Safely” on
page 1-6.)
2. Remove left side cowling. (See “Cowlings” on
page 7-18.)
3. Remove MCU. (See “MCU” on page 4-138.)

4. Remove top cover from the PDU (5).
5. Set the meter to read ohms.
6. Touch meter leads to each other and confirm a
resistance value of 0.0 ohms.
7. Measure the resistance between terminals (1 and 2)
of the 300A fuse (7).
Is the resistance value 0.02 ohms or less?
YES 300A fuse is good.
NO 300A fuse is faulty; replace fuse.
8. Measure the resistance between terminals (3 and 4)
of the 150A fuse (6).
Is the resistance value 0.02 ohms or less?
YES 150A fuse is good.
NO 150A fuse is faulty; replace fuse.
Be sure that the key switch is off, all electrical
accessories are turned off, and the 12-volt and
48-volt power connectors are disconnected
before starting work on machine.
