Lift Actuator Amps
See Figure 4-54.
Figure 4-54
Cycle through the LCD menu until the lift actuator current
screen is displayed. When in this mode, two digits are
displayed as zeros for the left, center, and right lift
actuators. When the actuators are activated, the display
will indicate the amount of current drawn by each
actuator or just the actuator that is enabled.
Compare the three actuator readings; if one actuator has
a higher current draw than the others, this may indicate a
mechanical problem or a faulty actuator.
If the current in one of the lift actuators is 10 amps or
more for more than 30 seconds, the following will occur:
• The LCD sounds the alarm and turns on the fault
LED.
Diagnostic fault code is displayed for the faulty lift
actuator. (See “DTC: L Actuator Overcurrent” on
page 4-101.) (See “DTC: C Actuator Overcurrent” on
page 4-101.) (See “DTC: R Actuator Overcurrent” on
page 4-102.)
Fault: Actuator Fault/Short Circuit
1.
Fault: Actuator current is above 50 A for less than 1
second.
2.
Possible root cause(s) and troubleshooting
procedure:
•
Low voltage during initial actuator startup
3.
