Operazioni iniziali
ATTENZIONE! Non usare vernici o
rivestimenti strutturati per parete
poiché potrebbero bloccare e ostruire
l’ugello.
NOTA: molte sostanze possono essere spruzzate con
la pistola a spruzzo, ma fare sempre attenzione alle
indicazioni del produttore della pistola a spruzzo e
della vernice.
Per ottenere migliori risultati, è importante che venga
•
preparata la superficie che dovrà essere trattata e che si
proceda alla diluizione della pittura fino ad ottenere
una viscosità corretta, prima di usare la pistola a spruzzo.
• Assicurarsi sempre che le superfici da spruzzare siano
prive di polvere, sporco e grasso.
Assicurarsi di aver mascherato bene le zone che
•
non devono essere spruzzate con del nastro adesivo.
• La vernice o fluido da spruzzare devono essere
accuratamente miscelati e essere privi di grumi o altre
particelle estranee.
ATTENZIONE! Ricordarsi sempre di
staccare la spina dell’elettroutensile
dalla rete di alimentazione prima di
riempire il serbatoio (5) con il materiale da
spruzzare.
Diluizione del materiale
La maggior parte delle pitture sono fornite pronte per
l’applicazione a pennello e quindi dovranno essere
diluite prima, per renderle adatte ad essere spruzzate.
Seguire i consigli del fabbricante riguardanti la
diluizione del materiale, quando viene utilizzato con
una pistola a spruzzo.

La tazza di viscosità (9) è utile a determinare la
•
corretta viscosità della pittura da utilizzare.
Per determinarne la corretta viscosità, riempire la tazza
di viscosità (9) fino all’orlo con il liquido. Misurare quanto
tempo la tazza (9) impiega a svuotarsi (fig.1).
La tabella riporta i tempi consigliati per diversi tipi
di materiale.

Se il materiale richiede più del tempo raccomandato
per scorrere completamente attraverso la tazza di
viscosità (9), è necessaria un’ulteriore diluizione.
Miscelare con una piccola quantità del diluente più
appropriato e procedere col test di viscosità fino a
quando si ottiene una corretta diluizione.
Alcuni materiali possono contenere particelle e
grumi. Questi materiali devono essere filtrati prima
di riempire il serbatoio (5).
Accensione e spegnimento
Prima di collegare il dispositivo alla rete elettrica,
assicurarsi sempre che la tensione erogata sia di
230V/50Hz.
Utilizzare sempre la corretta tensione di
alimentazione: la tensione di alimentazione deve
coincidere con le specifiche riportate sulla targhetta
apposta sul prodotto.
Accensione
Riempire il serbatoio (5) con la pittura

correttamente diluita.
Collegare la pistola alla rete di alimentazione.
2.
Puntare la pistola a spruzzo verso un pezzo
3.
di materiale di scarto e premere l’interruttore di
accensione / spegnimento (3) fino a che la pittura
non viene spruzzata.
