IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
NOTE
• The manual emergency call cannot
be canceled. If the SOS button
is pressed by mistake and a call
with the call center is initiated, tell
the operator that the call has been
made by mistake.
4. When the transmission of information
completes and a communication with
the call center is established, the
indicator light will come on green,
and a voice call with an operator will
initiate.
After the call starts, tell the operator
about the situation. If no response is
made during a voice call, a rescue will
be requested by the judgment of the
operator.
3. The indicator light will flash in green,
and the system will start transmitting
information, such as vehicle location
and vehicle identification number
(VIN).
5. When the connection of the
emergency call fails, the green
indicator light will turn off. In this case,
manually make an emergency call
again.
NOTE
• It may take some time to connect to
the call center.
• Once connected to the call center,
the call with the operator cannot be
terminated from the vehicle.
• Where possible, speak toward the
speaker microphone.
