PRE-DRIVING OPERATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS
1. Switch the power mode to "OFF"
(models with passive entry and start
system) or turn the starter switch to
the "LOCK" position (models without
passive entry and start system) and
stop the engine. And then, wait for 5
minutes or more.
2. To open the fuel lid on the cargo side,
pull the fuel lid opener toward you.
3. Slowly turn the AdBlue
®
tank filler cap
counterclockwise to open it.
4. Refill the AdBlue
®
tank slowly so it
does not overflow.
5. Turn the AdBlue ® tank filler cap
clockwise until you hear a click to
install it securely.
6. Close the fuel lid on the cargo side.

and the engine cannot be restarted, follow the
procedures below to refill the AdBlue ® tank. Park the vehicle in a flat location when
adding AdBlue
®
.
The engine can be restarted by adding approximately 5 liters (1.32 US gal./ 1.1
Imp gal. ) or more of AdBlue ® .
