IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
Automatic Emergency Call
When the airbags activate, the eCall system will automatically make an emergency
call.
NOTE
• When the light control switch is set to the "AUTO" (with taillights "ON"), " ",
or " " position, the SOS button will come on. The illumination does not
indicate the status of the eCall system.
NOTE
• The automatic emergency call cannot be canceled.

Indicator light
1. When the airbags activate, the eCall
system will automatically activate.
2. The indicator light will flash in green,
and the system will start transmitting
the following information.
• Vehicle Identification Number
• Vehicle type (passenger vehicle
or light commercial vehicle)
• Vehicle propulsion storage type
(gasoline/diesel/CNG/LPG/
electric/hydrogen)
• Last three locations and direction
of travel of the vehicle
• Log file of the automatic activation
of the system and its timestamp
