Icy Road Warning Light
This warning light comes on when the
outside temperature is low and the road
surface may be frozen. At this time,
warning message is displayed on the MID
for approximately 5 seconds.
Since this is based on the outside
temperature detected by the outside air
temperature sensor and not the actual road
surface temperature, it does not accurately
display frozen road surface conditions.
CAUTION
• When the outside temperature is low, the road surface may be frozen even if
the icy road warning light does not illuminate. Concentrate on driving safely,
paying attention to the condition of the road surface.
