Verify that the DHCP server configuration file

file might prevent a server from meeting the

out
DHCP discovery did receive a DHCP offer
from a server that met the client requirements,
but the server did not send the DHCP
acknowledgement (DHCP ack) to the client

Another client might have used the address

Ten DHCP servers have sent DHCP offers,
