10: Output torque (0 - 3 times rated torque of motor).
11: Output torque (0 - 1.2 times rated voltage of HD3Z).
12: Bus voltage (0 - 2.2 times rated voltage of HD3Z).
13: Output power (0 - twice rated power of motor).
14: AI1 input (0 - max. AI1 after calculating).
15: AI2 input (0 - max. AI2 after calculating).
18,19: Output frequency, setting frequency (-1 - 1 times max. output frequency).
20: Setting frequency (0 - max. output frequency).
