TFT-Controlpanel (Vantana Premium)
Functions of the main switch
The system consists of control electronics, a TFT control panel
with a keypad and several manufacturers own control panels for
their appliances. It enables you to operate the different lamps
and several 230 V devices. Furthermore, various kinds of in
-
formation and measured values are shown on the TFT display.
• Once the system is in operation, press the main switch briefly
to turn all of the lights off. All 12V steady electrical devices
(e.g. water pump, refrigerator , heating and entrance step
*
)
will remain activated. The devices that were previously swit
-
ched on are stored in the system; pressing on the main switch
reactivates them. This also resets the degree to which those
lights currently dimmed can be altered.
• Pressing the main switch for at least four seconds while the
system is switched on will turn off not only the currently active
devices, but also the entire 12 V system (this also affects
the toilet flush and the water pump). The current operating
settings will not be saved
.
Key icons on the control panels
If the vehicle's motor is running, the absorber refrigerator* will
operate automatically on 12V, i.e. it is not necessary to press
the main switch on the Hobby control panel.
The selector
switch for the refrigerator must be set to 12V operation. All
other 12V electrical devices will only operate on the habitation
battery if the main switch has been activated. (Exceptions:
the heating system, Ice Ex*, DuoControl remote control*, gas
alarm*, electric entrance step*, electric tank heating system*,
HobbyConnect* and electric ignition for gas cooker.)
In general, power for the compressor refrigerators is supplied
by the leisure battery (12V), irrespective of whether they run
in stationary operation (self-sufficiently), stationary operation
(external 230V mains operation) or while driving (vehicle’s
motor is ON).
The LED on the standard control panel lights up green
beneath the key when the main switch has been activated.
