Diagnosis

When this command terminates with an error, the following error message appears. If a directory for saving data

does not exist, an error message from the Windows

®

xcopy

command is displayed.

command, sign in to the computer as an administrator registered on the computer

(as a member of the Administrators group). You cannot run multiple instances of the

• Log information can also be collected by using a program in the Start menu. For details, see the HF-W2000

• Double-click the saved

logsave.zip

file, and then verify that you can view the contents of the ZIP file. If

you are unable to view the contents of the file, the ZIP file might be corrupted, so try running the command
