when the actual flow rate drops below the flow rate
limit for three seconds.
Maximum Flow Rate Limit
Sets the maximum flow rate allowed for the recipe.
The flow rate alarm output #3 of module #2 will be on
when the actual flow rate exceeds the flow rate limit for
three seconds.
