Technical description
1.12.1 General information
The three-phase diesel generator is installed in a base frame with integrated fuel tank.
The noise reducing cover flips up, offering access for maintenance and refuelling.
For crane transport a transportation attachment (Position 17-2) is provided, which is
reached via a flap (position 18-2) in the noise reducing cover. It is operated via the
HGM 180 (Position 19-4) motor control.
Should a dangerous situation arise, there is an emergency shutoff switch (Position 19-
16) under the control box.
The generator is secured against unauthorised starting with a key switch.
1.12.2 Electrical outlet connection
Voltages of 400V/ 50 Hz can be tapped via the CEE 400V electrical
outlet(Position 19-2).
Voltages of 230V / 50 Hz can be tapped via the CEE 230V electrical
outlet (Position 19-3) as well as via the 230V safety socket (Position 19-14).
1.12.3 Connection protection
The CEE 230V AC electrical outlet (Position 19-14), the CEE 400V three-phase electri-
cal outlet (Position 19-2) as well as the 230V safety socket (Position 19-4) are pro-
tected by circuit breakers (Positions 19-12 & 19-13).
1.12.4 Emergency shutoff switch
When the emergency shutoff switch (Position 19-16) is pressed the generator shuts
down immediately.
The load is switched off.
After pressing the switch, in order to unlock it and restart the generator you must pull
or turn it.
The emergency shutoff switch should only be activated in the case of danger.
It is possible that the motor will require time to cool after you override it by
activating the emergency shutoff switch.
1.13 Standard accessories
The generator is supplied with two keys for the motor, an exhaust adapter and oper-
ating instructions (electricity generator, motor & generator).
For versions with noise reducing covers 2 additional keys are provided for the door
handle.
