Designated use
The GEKO generator unit is intended for 400/230 V, 50 Hz power generation.
Depending on the model, the generator units are intended for decentralized power
generation (isolated operation) or for power generation as an emergency power sys-
tem (emergency operation).
Electrical consumers may be connected up to the total output given on the identifica-
tion plate.
With inductive consumers, the start-up and shut-off current must be observed.
The generator unit must be operated outdoors. The specified minimum distances set
forth in Section 2.3 must be observed.
Intake and exhaust openings must be kept free.
Improper use is prohibited!

Unit
The generator’s identification plate is located on the side of the control box.
See position 17-7.
1.9.2
Motor
The motor’s identification plate is mounted on the cylinder head cover.
See position 17-8.
When procuring spare parts, the design and motor number must be specified.
