GEKO Generators
are the product of years of research and development. The sound know-how thereby
obtained in connection with high quality requirements is a guarantee for the manufac-
ture of generators with a long life, high reliability and low fuel consumption. It is ob-
vious that stringent requirements must be met to protect the environment.
Maintenance and Servicing
are crucial for the generator to meet the demands made of it. Compliance with the
prescribed maintenance intervals and the careful performance of maintenance and
servicing are therefore absolutely necessary. In particular, deviations from normal
operations aggravating operating conditions are to be observed.
Service
Please contact one of our relevant service organizations concerning any breakdowns
and questions regarding spare parts. In the event of damage, our trained staff pro-
vides fast and professional repair using original parts.
Original parts are always manufactured according to state-of-the-art technology.
Beware of a Running Generator
Maintenance or repairs should only be performed when the generator is stopped. Any
guards possibly removed should be reassembled after completion of the work.
When working on a running generator, work clothing must be securely fitted.
Safety
These symbols can be found in all safety instructions. Note these carefully. Provide
your service personnel with the safety instructions. In addition, legal „General Safety
and Accident Prevention Regulations“ must be observed.
