Remove the high-speed cooling fan relay A.
(d)
Test the continuity between the high-speed cooling fan relay
86 terminal A and EN01 terminal No.52.
(e)
Measure voltage between high-speed cooling fan relay 86
terminal A and a reliable ground. check whether the circuit is
short to power supply.
