1 .4 .3 Selecting an Accumulator.
The GS8920 saves each weight transaction to the currently active accumulator whose number and
description appear on all printed tickets.
An accumulator is selected and made active by keying
AC
to display the currently active
accumulator’s number, then keying the number for the new accumulator within 10 seconds, followed
by
ENTER
. The new accumulator will now be active.
In the example shown, the key sequence
AC, 1, 4, ENTER
was used to change the active
accumulator from 19 to 14.
Leading zeros are not required. If the selection had been to accumulator 3 rather than accumulator 14
the key sequence would have been
AC, 3, ENTER.
The active accumulator will not be changed if an attempt is made to select an accumulator outside the
range 1 to 50.
