2 .7 Ticket Lay out.
The drawing below shows the area in which the GS8920 can be made to print for
right of page
justification printing with the ticket being drawn into the printer as the ticket is printed. This results in
a printout which may have the lines left or right justified but which appears on a wide ticket as either
somewhere in the middle or down the right side. The changes available with different settings for right
or left line justification, top margins and side margins are shown. If a wide ticket is used AND the
print must be placed at the left hand side of the ticket, then
left of page
justification printing is selected
in digital setup. This results in the ticket being printed as it is pushed out of the printer with the lines
of type left or right justified but being placed on a wide ticket as somewhere in the middle or down the
left side. The dimensions for a page which is left justified are the same as those below except that the
ticket is rotated 180 degrees after printing in order to read the printed lines the correct way up.
