Manipulating the Sample Area
Up to eight ROIs can be saved on the reference image, with the
corresponding eight traces plotted simultaneously on the graph.
Each ROI display has a different color, and its corresponding
trace data is plotted using that same color.
Once eight ROIs have been saved, the system does not
automatically generate an active ROI when the cursor is
positioned over the displayed reference image.
The saved ROIs can be a mixture of elliptical and freehand
ROIs.
When the user repositions an ROI, the old trace data is erased
from the plot and the trace data for the new position replotted.
•
Elliptical ROIs that are being repositioned shall have their
traces automatically recalculated and replotted in the trace
plot window as they are being moved.
•
Freehand ROIs that are being repositioned shall not have
traces calculated and plotted until the new position is
finalized and
Set
is pressed a second time.
If the ROI position on the last frame of the selected image range
is moved, the corresponding ROIs on all frames are
repositioned to match the last frame.
The user shall also have the capability of setting separate ROI
positions on different frames of the contrast images, and the
system shall linearly interpolate the ROI positions for the frames
in between the selected frames.
