All of the p rev iously disassembled and remov ed comp onents must be thor-
oughly w ashed and sanitized.

T o carry out this p rocedure correctly p roceed as follow s:
1 fi ll a sink w ith detergent and hot w ater (5 0 -6 0 ° C );
2 w ash the disassembled comp onents w ith the detergent solution;
3 rinse w ith hot w ater, mak ing sure no traces of lubricants remain;
4 fi ll another sink w ith a sanitizing solution p rep ared in w ater ;
5 soak the disassembled comp onents in the sanitizing solution (use the sanitiz-
ing p roduct as directed on the p ack age label);
6 rinse w ith clean w ater;
7 p lace the comp onents on a clean surface and dry them.
U sing a damp cloth, clean all p roduct residues from the ev ap orator.
W ash and sanitize the lid.
