Using the diskette drive

To use a diskette:

Insert the arrow-marked end of a diskette into the diskette drive with the
label side facing up. The diskette locks into the drive and the diskette eject
button pops out.

To access a file on the diskette in Windows XP, click
Start
, then click
My
Computer
. Double-click the drive letter (for example, the A: drive), then
double-click the file name.
- OR -
To access a file on the diskette in Windows 2000, double-click the
My
Computer
icon, the drive letter (for example, the A: drive), then double-click
the file name.

To remove the diskette, make sure that the drive activity light is off, then
press the diskette eject button.
