GC32FLEX/TSI SAFETY AND OPERATION MANUAL

TROUBLESHOOTING

CONTROL INDICATOR

SYSTEM

The System LED will flash every second. This indicates that the control-

ler is functioning correctly. If there is a Sensor Fault the System LED will

flash every half second.

RETRACT

The Retract LED will be on when the crimp inputs are Blocked after a

successful crimp.

MOTOR

The Motor LED is illuminated when the signal to turn the motor on is

active.

BT STATUS

Bluetooth Status LED will Flash if the Control Unit does not have an

active Bluetooth connection. It will turn off once a connection is made.

BT CONNECT

When a Bluetooth connection is successfully made this LED will be on.
