E-CRIMP™ OPERATION
e-Crimp™ Options
e-Crimp™ has the following options to select a
crimp setting.
Favorites:
Choose a setting from the list of currently
stored Favorites (use the radial buttons to
switch between Hose Assemblies and Accessory
Assemblies).
You can save any hose or accessory setting as
a favorite or just load the setting directly to the
crimper.
Crimp Summary
The Crimp Summary allows the operator to
review settings for the proposed crimp. These
settings can be saved by pressing the ‘Favorite’
option on the screen. These saved settings will
then be available for current or future use by the
operator. To load the setting from e-Crimp™ to
the Crimper, simply press the ‘ Crimp’ button.
List Selection
Create a hose or accessory assembly by pressing
(1. Hose type) and using the lookup table.
Either scroll through the lookup table or type the
desired hose into the search field.
Once a hose has been selected a hose size and
coupling option may also be selected.
