OPERATIONAL INFORMATION
ELBOW FITTING
FLGH90-32LH fittings can be put through the machine from the
rear.
Remove the die in the 11 o’clock and 4 o’clock positions.
Put fitting through from the rear with the elbow side of the fitting
at the 4 o’clock position and the flange in the 11 o’clock position.
The hose stem of the coupling must be in the centre of the rear
cut out on the piston plate.
Replace dies once the fitting is through the head and follow the
crimp procedure outlined for each relative machine. Ensure dies
are pushed in all the way against the stop.
