GC32FLEX TSI POWER UNIT

GC32FLEX/TSI SAFETY AND OPERATION MANUAL

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR CRIMPER

INSTALLATION -

Refer to IFC WI1068 (Included) for more detailed set-up/installation instructions.

Move and Position

Carefully move the power unit over the right side of the crimper

and slowly lower.

Note:

The tray area must be clear and the crimper must be in the

heads back position.
Remove the Dial Indicator from the machine if it is attached on

either the left or right side of the head.

Sensor Arm

Ensure the sensor arm is behind the crimper head and does not

connect with the piston plate.
The sensor arm is connected to the crimper via a magnet.

Secure

Detach the sling and move the power unit so that it lines up with

4 x M8 holes on the tray.
Use the 4 x M8 x 10mm BHSHCS provided and 5mm Hex key to

secure the power unit to the tray.

Sensor Arm

Move the sensor arm towards the rear of the piston plate.

Because it is magnetic, it will attach itself to the surface.

Note:

Do not force the sensor arm in any way it should slide freely

at all times.
