GETTING TO KNOW YOUR CRIMPER
GATES CRIMPER APPLICATION
1) UPDATE:
Will flash when new updates are available. Alternatively, to check for updates, Click on
Update
symbol. (Active internet connection required)
2) OPTIONS:
Informs the user of machine information and global settings, e.g., Region settings and
Units. (see options menu section)
3)
e-Crimp™ :
Gives access to Gates e-Crimp™ database and allows the user to directly load Assembly
Settings, (hose and accessories) to be crimped, as well as manage favorite assembly lists.
4)
CRIMPER:
Gives access to the Main Crimp Interface and Crimp Options.
5)
OPERATOR HELP:
Gives access support, documentation and tutorial videos on the safe and correct
operation of the machine.
6)
MAINTENANCE:
Allows the user to access logs relating to changes made on the machine.
7)
UTILITIES:
Gives the user access to Remote Support application and Unit Conversion applications.
8)
CATALOGUES:
Gives the user access to Gates Hydraulic Catalogues.
9) CRIMP HISTORY:
Gives a detailed record of crimps completed on the machine, including statistics.
