GC32FLEX/TSI SAFETY AND OPERATION MANUAL

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR CRIMPER

INITIAL SET UP

Electrical

Connect your region specific electric cable to a suitable power supply

socket of at least 20A

Electrical

Connect the provided 220 VAC single phase cord assembly with HBL

2321 250 HVAC 20 amp twist lock plug to your crimping machine.

Foot Pedal

The crimper can also be activated by using a foot pedal. The protective

metal case surrounding the pedal will avoid accidental activation. Install

the foot pedal by plugging it into the lower right side of the Control Box

next to the Power Switch.

Power Unit Preparation

The oil reservoir is shipped in the full state. Remove the shipping plug

and replace with the filler-breather provided.
Always ship the crimper with the plug securely fitted to avoid spillage of

hydraulic fluid, contamination of hydraulic fluid or contamination of the

breather element.

Power Unit Preparation

Check the sight glass to make sure the oil level is half full with the head

fully retracted (Open).
The recommended oil used for the Power Unit is ISO 22 Grade.
