GC32FLEX/TSI SAFETY AND OPERATION MANUAL

OPERATIONAL INFORMATION

QCT UNLOAD

Retract Head

Ensure the head is in the full retract position.

Twist QCT

Twist the QCT clockwise until the fingers are engaged and withdraw the

QCT. This will pull the die fingers out of the crimper head.

Place Dies

Place the die fingers back into the storage receptacle and press

downward.

Twist QCT

Twist the QCT handle counterclockwise to unload the die fingers.

Withdraw QCT

Insert QCT

Insert the Quick Change Tool (QCT) until it bottoms out on the die shoe

surface.
