Fasten the GRS 77 AHRS unit in position with the unit’s integrated mounting hardware.

Wire the interface as prescribed in the wiring diagrams using the specific GRS 77 connector and
route the wires clear of the aft gear well along the side of the fuselage to the GMU 44 (wing
connector), GIAs, and GDUs. Refer to Figure B-38.

Fabricate a lid or cover (preferably from prepreg material) to protect the GRS 77 beneath the
baggage floor. The cover should be removable to gain access to the unit if service is required.
