15.2.3.3 Calibration
Selection Order
2
nd
Required?
Yes, for first time software load only.
Multiple Selections
Allowed?
Yes, if the fuel table recovery feature is needed
Purpose
The “Calibration” parameter allows “Calibration Defaults” to be set
during first time software loads. In addition there is a “Fuel Table
Recovery” configuration that can be used to recover calibrated
fuel table data.
The following selections are available for calibration configuration:
•
Fuel Table Recovery (Used for recovery of calibrated fuel table data in case “Calibration
Defaults” is configured after the table has been defined by a user)
NOTE
The fuel table recovery function fills all available entries in the fuel calibration table
starting with the previously entered user calibration points. If the user did not use the
maximum number of calibration table entries during calibration then excess calibration
points will be created with an Actual Quantity of 0.00 and a Calibrated Value of 0.00000
and these entries should start after the full fuel calibration point. To delete the unwanted
entries, unlock the fuel tank calibration page, go to the calibration table, scroll to the
unwanted entry and press the DELETE softkey. Repeat this process for all unwanted
calibration points.
•
Calibration Defaults, Piston (Required for piston engine systems first time software load only)
•
Calibration Defaults, Turboprop (Required for turboprop engine systems first time software load
only)
NOTE
For No-EIS installations, proceed to the Flaps and Trim Section (15.2.3.4). No engine or
electrical system configuration is needed.
