Abbreviated dialing procedure
1. Press the [SPEAKER] key.
2. Press the [RING TONE] key.
3. Press one of the [ONE-TOUCH DIAL] key.
4. Pick up the receiver.
5. Replace the one-touch dialing card.
Deleting abbreviated dialing numbers
1. Remove one-touch dialing card.
2. Press the [SPEAKER] key.
3. Press the [ENTRY] button.
4. Press the [RING TONE] key.
5. Use the one-touch dialing keys to select the abbreviated dialing number to
delete.
6. Press the [ONE-TOUCH DIAL] key pressed at step 5 again to delete.
7. Press the [ENTRY] button.
8. Press the [SPEAKER] key.
9. Replace the one-touch dialing card.
Function button
The functions buttons can be used as abbreviated dialing keys.
Registering numbers
1. Remove the one-touch dialing card.
2. Press the [SPEAKER] key.
3. Press the [ENTRY] button.
4. Press one of the [Function] keys.
5. Enter abbreviated dialing number to register.
6. Press the [ENTRY] button. To register another abbreviated dialing number,
repeat steps 4 to 6.
7. Press the [SPEAKER] key.
8. Replace the one-touch dialing card.
Deleting function
1. Remove the one-touch dialing card.
2. Press the [SPEAKER] key.
3. Press the [ENTRY] button.
4. Press the [Function] key to delete. To delete another abbreviated dialing
number of the function key, repeat step 4.
5. Press the [ENTRY] button.
6. Press the [SPEAKER] key.
7. Replace the one-touch dialing card.
