Registers of 10-bit A/D Converter
The 10-bit A/D converter has four registers: A/D control register 1 (ADC1), A/D control
register 2 (ADC2), A/D data register H (ADDH), and A/D data register L (ADDL).

R(RM1), W: Readable/writable (Read value is different from write value, "1" is read by read-modify-write
instruction)
