CHAPTER 27 REAL TIME CLOCK
●
Hour Counter
This counter is used to count the real time "Hour".
●
DOW Counter
This counter is used to count the real time "Day of Week".
●
Day Counter
This counter is used to count the real time "Day".
●
Month Counter
This counter is used to count the real time "Month".
●
Year Counter
This counter is used to count the real time "Year".
●
Minute Comparator
This comparator is used to compare the minute counter and the minute compare register value .
●
Hour Comparator
This comparator is used to compare the hour counter and the hour compare register value.
●
Day Comparator
This comparator is used to compare the day counter and the day compare register value.
●
Month Comparator
This comparator is used to compare the month counter and the month compare register value.
●
Day count and leap year logic
This logic features automatic leap-year adjustment.
●
Auto-calibration control circuit
This circuit is used to measure the internal clock frequency and 1 HZ CALPL. And the difference value
will load to FFTR. It also generate an interrupt when overflow, underflow and completion of whole process
●
RTC Control register Lower (RTCCRL)
This register is used to determine the frequency of TPCLK and enable/disable TPCLK, latch counters’s
values, and allow continuous counting even the CPU proceeds to stand-by mode.
●
RTC Control register Upper (RTCCRH)
This register is used to control the minute, hour, day and month alarm interrupt function.
