5.7 AVVIAMENTO MACCHINA
a) Posizionare correttamente il pallet nella postazione
di avvolgimento (5) appoggiandolo alle battute mec-
caniche (8) (vedi Fig.5.8);
b) verificare la presenza della bobina (6) nell'apposito
albero portabobina e controllare il corretto percorso
del film, secondo lo schema indicato sulla targhetta
(7) , per la configurazione del carrello in uso;
с) accendere la macchina ruotando l'interruttore gene -
rale (1) in posizione I-'ON' e premere il pulsante di
ripristino (2) per abilitare la macchina.
d) impostare il ciclo operativo sul pannello di comando
seguendo le modalità;
e) premere il pulsante START (A) ;
f) ultimato l'avvolgimento il pallet è pronto per essere
prelevato.
5.8 ARRESTO CICLO
L'arresto ciclo della macchina viene comandato agendo
sul pulsante STOP (O) (Fig.5.8) del pannello di controllo.
5.7 STARTING THE MACHINE
a) Correctly place the pallet in winding station (5) placing
near the mechanical stops (8) (Fig. 5.8);
b) check that there is a roll of film (6) on the roll-holder
shaft and check that the film is correctly routed
according to the diagram (see plate (7) indicated for
the carriage being used;
c) turn
ON
the panel using the main switch
(2)
and
press the reset button
(2)
to enable the machine;
d) set the operating cycle from the control panel;
e) press the START button (A) ;
f) after wrapping, the pallet can be unloaded.
5.8 CYCLE STOP
Press STOP (O) (Fig.5.8) on the operator terminal to
stop machine at the end of its current cycle.
