F22=01 - CICLO COMPLETO DI SALITA E DISCESA
CON PAUSA
Il ciclo “salita e discesa con pausa” è pre -
scritto per altezza massima del prodotto
da avvolgere pari a 1500 mm. Oltre tale al-
tezza è necessario utilizzare adeguati di-
spositivi di protezione individuale in fun-
zione del rischio di caduta e del lavoro ad
altezza superiore a 1500 mm.
Ciclo automatico di salita e discesa o solo salita con
pausa al raggiungimento della sommità del prodotto da
avvolgere; prima della pausa il carrello può scendere
di una quota impostata tramite F23 . La macchina si
arresta e attende riavvio emettendo un lento segnale
intermittente.
Per completare il ciclo di avvolgimento
in pausa occorre premere il pulsante di
START ciclo.
Se il ciclo impostato è di salita e discesa, il carrello
sale, scende verso la base poi si arresta il ciclo.
Se il ciclo impostato è di sola salita, il carrello risale poi
si arresta il ciclo.
5.5 CICLO OPERATIVO SEMIAUTOMATICO
F01=03 - CICLO OPERATIVO SEMIAUTOMATICO
Dopo avere impostato il ciclo semiautoma-
tico, premere il pulsante di START ciclo.
La tavola comincia a ruotare e inizia la fase
di avvolgitura del prodotto sul pallet.
Comandare la salita e la discesa del car-
rello premendo i pulsanti MANUALE SA-
LITA CARRELLO e MANUALE DISCESA
CARRELLO .
Per comandare l'arresto della tavola in fase
premere il pulsante MANUALE BRACCIO .
F22=01- COMPLETE UP/DOWN CYCLE
WITH PAUSE
The cycle "up/down with pause" is re-
quired for maximum height of the product
to be wrapped at 1500 mm. Beyond this
height, you must use appropriate person-
al protective equipment based on the risk
of falling and work height exceeding 1500
mm.
Automatic Up and Down cycle or Up only with a pause
when the top of the product being wrapped is reached;
before the pause the carriage can descend by a distance
set with F23 . The machine stop and wait to restart emit-
ting a slow intermittent signal.
To complete the paused wrapping cycle press
the START cycle button.
If the cycle set is Up and Down, the carriage rises,
descends towards the base and then the cycle stops.
If the cycle set is Up only, the carriage rises and then
the cycle stops.
5.5 SEMIAUTOMATIC OPERATING CY-
CLE
F01=03 SEMIAUTOMATIC OPERATING
CYCLE
After setting the semiautomatic cycle. Press
START cycle button. The table begins to
turn and the wrapping phase of the product
on the pallet starts.
Press buttons MANUAL CARRIAGE RISE
and MANUAL CARRIAGE DESCENT to
wrap the pallet.
To stop the machine, press the button
FOOTBOARD MANUAL .
