3.3 IMMAGAZZINAMENTO MACCHINA
IMBALLATA E DISIMBALLATA
In caso di una lunga inattività della macchina, il cliente
dovrà accertarsi dell'ambiente in cui è stata posizionata
e in relazione al tipo di imballo (cassa, container, ecc.)
verificare la condizione di mantenimento.
Nel caso di inutilizzo del macchinario e di stoccaggio di
quest'ultimo in ambiente secondo specifiche tecniche,
è necessario ingrassare le parti di scorrimento. In caso
di dubbi contattare il Servizio Assistenza del costruttore.
Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità nel caso che
l'utilizzatore non specifichi o non richieda le sopra citate
informazioni.
4 INSTALLAZIONE
4.1 CONDIZIONI AMBIENTALI CONSENTITE
• Temperatura
La macchina deve funzionare regolarmente in ambienti
a temperature comprese fra + 5°C a + 40°C con umidità
relativa non superiore al 50% a temperatura di 40°C e
al 90% con temperatura fino a 20°C senza condensa.
• Condizioni atmosferiche
L'equipaggiamento elettrico è in grado di funzionare
correttamente in condizioni atmosferiche con umidità
relativa non superiore al 50% a temperatura di 40°C e
al 90% con temperatura non superiore a 20°C (senza
condensa). Nel caso che le condizioni ambientali non
siano idonee al funzionamento della macchina, Il Co-
struttore può fornire, se richiesto, le soluzioni per ovviare
al problema.
• Illuminamento necessario minimo ed indispensabile:
300-500 lux.
La macchina standard non è predisposta
e studiata per lavorare in ambienti ad
atmosfera esplosiva oppure con rischio
d'incendio.
3.3 STORAGE OF PACKED AND UN-
PACKED MACHINE
In the event of long periods of inactivity, the customer
must check the place where the machine is positioned
and depending on the type of packaging (crate, container,
etc.), ensure that the storage conditions are suitable.
If the machine is not used and stored in a place according
to the technical specifications, the sliding parts must be
greased. In case of doubt, contact Customer Service.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility if the user
does not specify or request the above information.
4 INSTALLATION
4.1 PERMITTED AMBIENT CONDITIONS
• Temperature
For regular operation of the machine, the ambient
temperature must be b5°C and +45°C with
relative humidity not greater than 50% at a temperature
of 40°C and 90% at a temperature up to 20°C (without
condensation).
• Atmospheric conditions
The electrical equipment is able to function correctly
in atmospheric conditions with relative humidity not
greater than 50% at a temperature of 40°C and 90% at
a temperature not over 20°C (without condensation). If
the atmospheric conditions are not suitable for machine
operation, the Manufaturer can, on request, provide
solutions to remedy the problem (e.g. air conditioners,
thermostatic heating elements, etc.).
• Minimum necessary and essential lighting :300-500
lux.
The standard machine is not designed
or set up for operation in places with
an explosive atmosphere or risk of fire.
