2.8 CARRELLI PORTA-BOBINA
CARRELLO FM (MB)
Con questa di carrello è possibile regolare la tensione
di applicazione del film sul bancale.
Il carrello FM (MB) (Fig. 2.8) è composto da un rullo
gommato folle (1) e da un rullo (2) , munito di freno
meccanico.
Agendo sulla manopola (3) si regola l’azione del freno
e di conseguenza la tensione del film.
All’avviamento occorre caricare il film sul carrello come
segue.
Portare il carrello in posizione bassa per facilitare
l'inserimento della bobina.
Ruotare l'interruttore generale in posizione 'O'-OFF .
Inserire la bobina (4) sulla spina di centraggio (5) .
Inserire il film tra i rulli secondo il percorso illustrato nello
schema A , il simbolo con i triangoli identifica il lato del
film su cui è applicato il collante (se presente).
Lo schema A è una targa adesiva presente anche sul
carrello.
Ruotare l'interruttore generale in posizione '
I' -ON

2.8 ROLL-HOLDER CARRIAGES
FM (MB) ROLL-HOLDER CARRIAGE
With this carriage version, the application tension of the
film on the pallet can be adjusted.
The carriage FM (MB) (Fig. 2.8) is composed of a rubber-
coated roller (1) and a roller (2) with mechanical brake.
The knob (3) is used to adjust the action of the brake
and, consequently, the tension of the film.
Upon starting, the film must be loaded onto the carriage.
Put the carriage into the Down position to make fitting
the roll easier.
Turn the main switch to the ‘O’-OFF position .
Push the roll (4) onto the centre pin (5) .
Insert the film between the rollers following the path
indicated in figure A , the symbol with the triangles
identifies the side of the film to which the bonding agent
(if present) is applied.
Diagram A is also attached to the carriage.
Turn the main switch to the ‘ I’ -ON position .
