frequency: 500khz(kpps). The value is bigger, the
max input frequency is slower.
3.To filter the noise from the signal line in order
to avoid incorrect counting happening. If it goes
wrong due to the incorrect counting, you can
increase the value of this parameter properly.
4. After editing this parameter, please save it and
recharge. Then it is effective.
