HART Commissioning

After the sensor has been repaired or replaced, the faceplate in DeltaV will display boxes next to the 
alarms, shown below. You must acknowledge these alarms by clicking on the boxes in order to clear 
them.

Yokogawa’s Centum PRM/DTM messages

When the secondary sensor fails, alarms will be displayed in the PRM (Plant Resource Manager) via yellow 
circles next to the device, as shown below. These yellow circles indicate that something in your process 
needs attention. To investigate this further, right click on the affected device, and select 

DTM Works…

 

This will open the DTM (Device Task Manager).
