Maintenance Procedures

Entire disassembly (for transporting through tight spaces, Table Model)
If your path to where the Chart & Planning Table are to be installed, this procedure be used if doors, hatches, stairs or other
physical obstructions do not allow moving the entire table as one-piece - please follow the instructions below carefully.
At least
three persons should together perform this operation due to size and weight of the Display unit (approx 60kg) along with
disconnecting the Glass Display Control
™
(GDC) interface before lifting the Display unit off and away from the Table Stand mount.
Note: Illustrations below may deviate slightly from written instructions (based on how the unit was delivered/tested prior to actual
installation onboard occurs). All procedures should be performed by a skilled technician that can interpret the physical parts and
correctly identify them on the illustrations below for correct installation).
▼1: First you need to remove the Top Ceiling Panel. Notice this
panel is located just above the front mounted Main Power Switch
and USB connectors.
▼2: Remove 6 screws as indicated to remove the Top Ceiling
Panel to reveal the connectors.
▼3: Make sure that all cables are disconnected from the
Display’s signal input/output connectors before proceeding to the
next step!
▼4: Location of 4 screws to be removed. One in each corner from
underneath.

5: Carefully lift the display unit up and disconnect any other cables that may still be connected (two persons lifting) and
disconnect the GDCx cable (third person). Place the Display unit down on a flat table (display facing up).
