Replacing Actuator (lift mechanism Table Model)
If one of the Actuators is not functioning properly or seems to not work properly, please follow this procedure to get access and
replace any of them. If both Actuators are broken, please contact your contact at a certified Hatteland Technology service partner
or our HelpDesk & Service department.
Note: Illustrations below may deviate slightly from written instructions (based on how the unit was delivered/tested prior to actual
installation onboard occurs). All procedures should be performed by a skilled technician that can interpret the physical parts and
correctly identify them on the illustrations below for correct installation).
▼1: First you need to remove the two Top Ceiling Covers on both sides of the Table Stand as illustrated. Each cover has 6 screws.
▼2: Remove 10 screws on Top Side Front/Back Covers as indicated to reveal the main control electronics w/PCB/Mounting Bracket.
Opposite side
▼3: Locate 4 screws to loosen the Mounting Bracket that contains the Drivers, Electronics and Sensors. Disconnect all cables in order
to extract out the entire bracket as shown below.
