4.1.1

Data Stream Mode

Data Stream Mode allows data to be read back from
the meter via the serial port and optical
communications port much faster than the normal
Data to Read mode. Data Stream Mode is available
to read all data.

To use the Data Stream option via the serial port,
the Serial Port configuration in the A1120/40
options/communications page must be set to 8
(eight bits), none (no parity), 1 (one stop bit)

4.2 Readings

Viewer

The Readings Viewer allows data read back from a meter to be examined.

To View the Readings

Double click on the new data to read in the scheme manager

Double click one of the readings to view the data read back from the meter.

Generally these are displayed in a similar format to which the data is entered.
