Operating modes

OPERATING MODES
The device permits basic operating modes: high voltage test or insulation
resistance test without ramp and with ramp. The operating modes must be
pre-selected in the parameter settings, in the test plan or via the interface.
The illustration below gives an overview of the operating modes, voltages
and currents.
During the usage of the device, a differentiation is to be made between
the two operating modes based on AC and DC as basic operating modes.
For more detailed information see chapter 4.1ff.
Function tests can be processed as optional operating modes. However,
the installation / attachment of optional hardware is necessary for this
purpose.
Note Interchange of the operating mode from AC to DC
:
Observe a
delay time of 2.5 s, between the end of the last test run and the interchange
of the operating mode. This is necessary to discharge the internal capacitor.
