3. MAKEREADY
3.10 Switching on
Prerequisite:
- The device is installed in accordance with chapter 3.1 to 3.3.
- The device is connected in accordance with chapter 3.4 to 3.7.
- Chapters 3.8 and 3.9 are familiar.
• Switch the mains switch S1 to
the „I“ position.
The mains indicator H1 in the
switch illuminates, the system
boots and the display indicates
the splash screen for approx. 15 s.
After the boot process, the device
indicates the WinCE desktop for a
short time (ca. 15 s)
The display reports "Loading the application". The ELABO „Start menu“
is loading automatically (Fig. 3.10).
Note:
As delivered all passwords are activated. If a menu command is
selected, the password prompt appears, see chapter 3.9 further forward
in this document.
