Full-electronic HV-Tester F1-1x Typs
6. INTERFACES
Overcurrent trip „I > Imax“:
„Positive switching“ transistor output. In case of an overcurrent trip, the
output is set to „High“.
Pin 8
I>Imax
Load rating: 24 V/max. 50 mA
High voltage applied „HV-On“:
„Positive switching“ transistor output. The output is set to „High“ if the
high- voltage is switched ON.
Pin 9
HV-On
Load rating: 24 V/max. 50 mA
Test „Accept“
„Positive switching“ transistor output. The output is set to „High“ if the prior
test has been performed without a fault. The output stays „High“ until the
start of the next test.
Pin 10
Accept
Load rating: 24 V/max. 50 mA
„Open cover“
„Positive switching“ transistor output. This output is used to operate a
pneumatically operated test cabinet. After the end of the test a pulse ap-
prox. 250 ms long is generated to open the test cabinet. This function can
be disabled depending on the configuration of the device.
Pin 11
Open cover
Load rating: 24 V/max. 50 mA
„System-fault“
„Positive switching“ transistor output. The output is set to „High“ if a test
is interrupted prematurely, the contact monitoring becomes active, the
minimum test voltage is not reached, or other system errors occur.
Pin 12
System-fault
Load rating: 24 V/max. 50 mA
„External discharge relay“
Using this output a relay can be operated that discharges the test object
after the high voltage is switched off (in addition to the internal discharge).
It is recommended to undertake the discharging using a suitable resistor.
„Positive switching“ transistor output. The output is set to „High“ when
the test is started (HV applied). After the high voltage is switched off, the
output switches to „Low“:
-
immediate
- with residual voltage measurement switched off
-
after dropping below 3000 V
- with residual voltage measure-
ment switched on
Pin 13
External discharge relay
Load rating: 24V/max.
