1.3.1 Alarms
1.3.1.1 Alarm 11
Fault Description: Position following error alarm (controller)
Fault Reasons: Position following error alarm (controller)
Solutions:
1. Check whether the specified faulty axis has a mechanical fault on the main body;
2. Check whether there is a problem with the wiring between the drive and the motor;
3. Check whether the motor brake is open or damaged;
4. Check whether the drive parameters are set correctly;
5. Optimize the PID parameters of the drive;
6. Check whether the internal circuit of the drive is damaged;
7. Restart the electric cabinet.
1.3.1.2 Alarm 18
Fault Description: There is a problem with the Ether CAT connection of the drive.
Fault Reasons: There is a problem with the Ether CAT connection of the drive.
Solutions:
1. Optimize the EtherCAT communication wiring, and strengthen anti-interference measures, such as
using category 5 shielded network cables and using controller to ensure reliable grounding, etc.
2. Check the connection of EtherCAT network cable to ensure reliable connection;
3. Replace with a host computer with stronger real-time performance, or extend the EtherCAT
communication cycle;
4. Modify the bottom layer DC synchronization mechanism of the host computer EtherCAT master
station to ensure that the RxPDO data sent by the host computer is at least 100us ahead of the DC
synchronization signal;
5. Replace the drive;
6. Restart the electric cabinet.

Fault Reasons: Digital I/O fault of EC2A drive
Solutions:
1. Check the wiring and status of I/O board;
2. Replace the drive;
3. Restart the electric cabinet.
