Fault Reasons: The material is not in a single state.
Solutions:
1. A non-single material signal is detected;
2. Check whether the signal is correct.
1.2.2.4 Alarm 3903
Fault Description: The pulse width of the punching machine is less than the shortest time.
Fault Reasons: The pulse width of the punching machine is less than the shortest time.
Solutions: Reset the pulse width time in the attribute setting of the punching machine.
1.2.2.5 Alarm 3904
Fault Description: The pulse width of the punching machine is greater than the shortest time.
Fault Reasons: The pulse width of the punching machine is greater than the shortest time.
Solutions: Reset the pulse width time in the attribute setting of the punching machine.
1.2.2.6 Alarm 3905
Fault Description: Non-single shot mode of the punching machine
Fault Reasons: The punching machine is in non-single shot mode.
Solutions:
1. A signal input of non-single shot mode of the punching machine is detected;
2. Check whether the attribute setting of the punching machine is reasonable;
3. Check whether the signal is correct.
1.2.2.7 Alarm 3906
Fault Description: Waiting-timeout
Fault Reasons: Maybe the punching machine received the signal of emergency stop.
Solutions:
1. Input the signal of waiting timeout;
2. Check whether the setting of the user-defined action time is reasonable.
1.2.2.8 Alarm 3907
Fault Description: The area is occupied in manual mode.
Fault Reasons: There is a robot in the monitoring area in manual mode.
Solutions: After moving the robot out of the area, the alarm is automatically reset.
