When the battery needs to be replaced, a low battery warning will be displayed. It is recommended to
keep the power supply of the control cabinet turned on before the battery replacement is completed to avoid
robot out of synchronization caused by the loss of the robot zero point.

industrial robot mechanical maintenance manual.
Before the robot leaves the factory, it has been calibrated with special equipment for zero point. After
the calibration is completed, the zero point position of each axis is marked by the zero block to prevent the
zero point from being lost due to improper use by the user. When the robot loses its zero position due to a
malfunction or improper operation, it is necessary to perform the robot zero recovery work again on the
robot.

recovery steps.
4.3 Check Activity

When you need to carry out inspection during the robot running, please be
sure to close all the following sources connected to the robot:
1. Power
2. Hydraulic source
3. Air pressure source
Then enter the robot work area.
