Solutions: 1. Adjust the PID parameters of the drive or the maximum allowable value;
2. Check whether the target position of the robot and the current position are reasonable (the
distance is too far);
3. Reduce robot motion parameters (speed, acceleration, jerk);
4. Check the wiring of the controller and the drive, and check the wiring of the drive and the
servo motor.
1.1.1.6 Alarm 14
Fault Description: Reach the negative limit
Fault Reasons: The target position exceeds the minimum limit that has been set.
Solutions: Reset the target position.
1.1.1.7 Alarm 15
Fault Description: Reach the positive limit
Fault Reasons: The target position exceeds the maximum limit that has been set.
Solutions: Reset the target position.
1.1.1.8 Alarm 21
Fault Description: Abnormity in encoder connection
Fault Reasons: Maybe there is a problem with the line connection. And maybe there is an error in the
bus communication.
Solutions:
1. Check the wiring between the encoder and the controller;
2. Check the bus communication.
1.1.1.9 Alarm 90
Fault Description: Abnormity in system synchronization cycle
Fault Reasons: Maybe there is a fault or interference in the controller.
Solutions:
1. Restart the controller;
2. Check whether there is interference from external PLC or any other equipment;
3. Contact the manufacturer.
1.1.1.10 Alarm 804
Fault Description: Fault in loading task
Fault Reasons: Maybe it is a controller fault.
