Solutions:
1. Check the wiring of the motor encoder to ensure the wiring is connected correctly;
2. The encoder cable and motor power increase magnetic rings;
3. Connect to the ground wire of the drive reliably;
4. Check whether the specific parameters of the sensor are configured correctly;
5. Replace the motor encoder;
6. Remove the strong source of interference around the drive, or the drive and the surrounding strong
interference source can be powered separately;
7. Add line filter to the input power of the drive;
8. Replace the drive;
9. Upgrade the drive DSP firmware;
10. Restart the electric cabinet.
1.3.1.16 Alarm 654
Fault Description: Position sensor battery fault
Fault Reasons: Position sensor battery fault
Solutions:
1. Check the encoder battery wiring to make sure that it is reliable;
2. Replace the battery;
3. If it is a Tamagawa encoder, execute the encoder multi-turn reset command;
4. Restart the electric cabinet.
1.3.1.17 Alarm 730
Fault Description: The motor cannot follow the target position of the command.
Fault Reasons: The motor cannot follow the target position of the command.
Solutions:
1. Check whether the specified faulty axis has a mechanical fault on the main body
；
2. Check whether there is a problem with the wiring between the drive and the motor;
3. Check whether the motor brake is open or damaged;
4. Check whether the drive parameters are set correctly;
5. Optimize the PID parameters of the drive;
6. Check whether the internal circuit of the drive is damaged;
7. Restart the electric cabinet.

Fault Description: Speed limit fault
Fault Reasons: Speed limit fault
Solutions:
1. Clear the alarm;
2. Check whether the specified faulty axis has a mechanical fault on the main body;
3. Check whether the running cycle of the motor is appropriate;
4. Reduce the running speed;
